Stainless steel handle modification for Bronze and Aluminum Bronze ball valves

Stainless steel handle modification for Bronze and Aluminum Bronze ball valves

The lever will be equipped with a plate (locking device), that could slide on the handle body which, and once the opening or closing position has been reached, engage with a groove machined in the valve body, preventing accidental movement of the handle. Furthermore, allows it to be locked with a padlock. The padlock is fixed to a through hole, another element added to the new handle.

The plate is made of AISI 316, like the handle body.

The handle material, shape and overall dimensions will remain unchanged; the finish will be more polished.

For installation needs, it is possible to rotate the handle by 180° while maintaining the functionality of the locking device.
